BMC BIG 20 with TURBOVAC– The 20” Wolf Engine Petrol Powered Lawn Mower
New for 2014, Wolf has fitted it’s highly reliable 5.5HP 4 stroke petrol engine to this brand new higher performing self propelled petrol lawn mower.
Not only is this mower with its easy start primer operated starting system, a powerful and efficient machine, it has large 10” diameter drive wheels and 8” dia. front wheels to maximises grip on the lawn. Fitted with a throttle speed controller, you can set and adjust the driving pace to suit you.
One of the traditional problems with mowing is the mower not sucking up the grass clippings as efficiently as we would like.
Well problem solved!
As part of this brand new innovative designed and patented machine, a new Turbo Vacuum suction system has been developed and incorporated. There are no lengthy hoses to get tangled, no nozzles to fit, no switches to operate – it all happens automatically and we’re sure that you won’t fail to be impressed with the performance.
How does it work I hear you ask?
We’ve installed a huge air volume moving system above the blade which is directly powered by the engine in the same way that the engine powers the blade ( that’s the ‘Turbo’ part of ‘Turbo Vac’). The Turbo which can shift a massive 550 litres of air per second creates a substantial negative pressure on top of the blade which in turn causes a huge amount of air to enter the lawn mower through the base of the deck sucking along with it the grass clippings and thrusting them into the grass catcher ( and that’s the ‘Vac’ part of ‘TurboVac’).
It’s simple but it’s very very effective, increasing the suction by more than 4x that of a traditional petrol lawn mower.
You’ll find that it’ll clear far more clippings than you’ve ever previously experienced from any other mower - Leaning on an excellent quality cut.
Less emptying of the grass collection bag is a result of the turbovac system forcing and effectively compacting the grass into the collection bag.
We know that you’ll be delighted because that means that there’s less mess to rake and sweep up later.
In addition to this mower being superb for grass collection, with its ultra high efficient vacuum system, the machine is suitable for collecting leaves in the Autumn.
So if you are troubled with leaves on your lawn or driveway, there’s no better way to suck them up and transfer them to the compost heap than with the BMC Big 20 TurboVac mower.
